HammerConnect interim terms

These short interim terms apply to this website while HammerConnect is in an invite-only pilot. Full terms will replace them before payments are enabled.
- Who we are. This website is operated by Terragroupe, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”).
- What we do. We provide software that introduces customers to independent licensed contractors. We do not perform trade work. Each contractor is an independent business that is responsible for its work, licenses, insurance and taxes.
- No offer. Information on this site is general and is not an offer or a guarantee of any service or result. Availability is limited to invited participants.
- Payments. Payments, when available, are processed by Stripe. Platform fee and refund rules will be shown before you pay.
- Your use. Use this site lawfully and give us accurate information. Do not misuse or attempt to break the site.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we provide this site “as is” and are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
- Governing law. Florida law, without regard to conflict rules, unless the law of your residence requires otherwise.
